Can I choose the size of the reservoir? Absolutely! We offer a variety of sizes to suit your needs and preferences. Our products are listed by size in the shop, and the sizes are also listed on individual product pages.

How does the engraving process work? While adding a reservoir to your shopping cart, upload the file of the image you would like engraved. The process works by creating a grayscale version of your image and laser-engraving the contrast pattern onto the surface of the reservoir. The engraving respects image transparency, so if you would like a transparent background for your engraving, upload your image with a transparent background in a file format that supports transparency. You also have the opportunity to leave formatting comments in your order that help us match your vision for your reservoir!

Are there limitations on what I can engrave? While we strive to accommodate all requests, there may be limitations on protected intellectual property, copyrights, or other graphically explicit content that we are not able to produce. In these cases, we will reach out to you and cancel your order and provide a refund for services not rendered.
