Refund, Returns, & Exchanges

Refund and Returns Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or return an item.

Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in new or slightly used condition and in its original packaging. Personalized products are also eligible for refunds.

Refund Process: To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and provide further instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping: The customer is required to cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

Full Refunds: We guarantee that refunds will always be given in full, including any taxes or fees paid at the time of purchase.

Exchanges: Products may be exchanged for another of the same SKU within the refund window.

Privacy

How long we retain your data: For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. If you include personal images in your order for custom engraving, those are stored on our site and are not shared outside of Scylla.

What rights you have over your data: If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent: We send your data to third party advertisers to identify traffic from our ads. You may opt out of this at any time by disabling cookies.
